Dear Volunteers,

We hope this finds you and your loved ones well and strong.

You may or may not have heard that the Literacy Council Gulf Coast, like so many other organizations, has had to close our office temporarily because of the precautions required for the COVID-19 pandemic. But we hope to be back soon!

Some of you have tried multiple times to attend a tutor training workshop and it ended up being canceled. We apologize for this unfortunate circumstance, and please know that we wish your experience was different. Your good intentions are recognized, and we appreciate you and your efforts.

Our minimal staff continues to work and keep our organization strong. Please stay in touch with us and we will keep you updated on developments through our website. We will let you know when we are back in full service and have prepared our next workshop.

Wishing you good health and peace of mind at this time!
